Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depends on experience) 

Location: Flexible: Reigate or Manchester area

Team Purpose  

Build, grow and support the Infinity business creating and executing integrated and successful marketing campaigns. 

Profile of Role 

The purpose of this role is to deliver new prospect and customer leads and opportunities into the Infinity Sales Teams with focus on email, social and paid media marketing channels.

Working closely with the wider Marketing team, Sales Team and CX Team your role will be to contribute and deliver against the created marketing plan with a clear and differentiated proposition, it will be your responsibility to build, deliver and maintain a clear multi-channel programme of activities. 

Creating market awareness, developing relationships through engaging content, campaigns and events (online and offline) whilst developing a close relationship with the Infinity Sales and CX teams will be crucial, ensuring there is a clear feedback loop, driving conversion and ultimately customer lifetime value. 

As part of this role you also be engaging and maintaining regular communication with internal teams, suppliers and technology vendors 

This role requires the delivery and understanding of the full marketing mix, you will need to be pro-active, determined and confident in the creation of email, social media, web and sales assets.

Owning and delivering the social media strategy is a key focus of the role.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements 

  • At least 3 years prior digital marketing experience in a similar role required 
  • Copywriting and proofreading skills  
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM System)  Advantageous 
  • Experience in planning and delivering regular campaigns 
  • Prior experience using a content management system tool (CMS) - Advantageous 
  • A keen interest in Marketing and Technology  
  • Knowledge of HubSpot - Preferred 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 
  • Educated to college or degree level 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Objectives - Responsible for driving Marketing and Sales Qualified Leads through organic/paid social, website and email. This will include optimizing website conversion. 
  • Brand – Ensure the integrity of Infinity’s brand is upheld at all times – internally and externally.  
  • Marketing Plan - Work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Product teams to assist in gathering, developing and delivering on a clear plan and calendar of marketing activities. 
  • Marketing Assets – Working alongside our Head of Content and Senior designer in producing marketing materials, ensuring stakeholder buy-in, including email, social media, paid media and sales collateral to assist the Infinity Sales Teams in lead generation and opportunity building. 
  • Content - Writing and proofreading all paid media, email, social and web content ensuring consistency and ensuring it is in line with internal content principles.  
  • Website - Ensure the website is fresh and optimised for Lead Generation, this will require liaising with internal content, design and other resources. 
  • Relationships - Develop good internal working relations with the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams and external relations with suppliers and technology vendors 
  • Systems – Understand and support the development of key systems, ensuring all campaigns and marketing activities are tracked and can be efficiently and accurately reported upon. This includes ensuring Salesforce is kept up-to-date, 
  • Reporting - Monitor, analyse and deliver reports on campaign activity providing insights that will deliver incremental improvement. 
  • Events and Webinars – Planning, sourcing and securing internal and external events and media/content sponsorships. 
  • Competitive Analysis - Monitoring competitor activity, sharing key insights with wider working group. 
  • Marketing Support - Provide support to the marketing team with ad-hoc projects
