Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depends on experience)

Profile of Role 

Infinity are looking for a Marketing Acquisition Executive with a key focus on driving lead generation within the marketing team. The role will be an essential part of the marketing function and will include planning and executing campaigns, managing marketing related projects, optimising channels to drive lead generation, maintaining and building the brand, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. 

Knowledge & Experience Requirements 

  • Graduate preferable, at least 3 years’ experience in an integrated Marketing role with digital and email marketing experience  
  • Ability to create strong and engaging copy
  • Analytics, KPIs and Metric driven   
  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills
  • Ability to manage a varied workload   
  • A keen interest in technology, MarTech and digital marketing  
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 
  • Salesforce, GA and Hubspot knowledge and experience advantageous    
  • Awareness of GDPR and marketing/business impact advantageous
  • Metrics and KPIs driven – Passionate about improving metrics and continuous optimisation (AB testing)     

Key Responsibilities 

  • Understand the overall marketing plan and strategy to deliver the marketing and business objectives.  
  • Understand the Infinity overarching business model and strategy whilst identifying target markets with the sales team.  
  • Own, develop and deliver marketing campaigns and activities in line with the marketing plan and monitor results ensuring MQL and revenue KPIs are set and measured.
  • Generate MQLs through a variety of channels, including, but not limited to, email, direct mail, events, social media – organic/paid, media partnerships, advertising – online/offline. 
  • Understand the ABM strategyproviding support to the SDR and sales teams. 
  • Supports the delivery of the agency and tech partners strategy and plan, working closely with key stakeholders 
  • Research and project manage events and expos including speaking slots, roundtables, media partnerships in line with Marketing objectives, setting KPIs and analysing results and reporting on this.  
  • Work in collaboration with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment with current processes and products to deliver campaigns and key KPIs. 
  • Infinity brand guardian - ensuring the integrity of Infinity’s brand is upheld at all times – internally and externally. 
  • Maintain an understanding of Infinity’s marketplace with particular emphasis on competitor activity and emerging initiatives. 
  • Monitor market trends and utilise this info via social channels, POV docs, working with key members within the business 
  • Budget management – deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget. 
  • Social Media Channels – support the Marketing Exec with running social media channels and increasing our organic social reach.  
  • Work in collaboration with the copywriter and creative designer to produce content for campaign, sales and product collateral.  
  • Identify PR opportunities and manage content and distribution 
  • Uphold relationships with media partners to ensure that Infinity is positioned as educators and thought leaders in the tech and digital marketing space including lead gen campaigns with partners.
