Talent Manager

About the Company

Our journey started in 2010 when we identified the need for a call tracking product from over a decade of experience of managing paid search campaigns.

Following a steady, organic growth and a strategic investment, we now have a presence across five locations, including London, Manchester, Spain, Baltimore, and San Francisco.

Despite numerous additions to our platform, our founding principles still drive what we do now. We give businesses clear, reliable insights on how their digital strategy is performing today, making it easier for them to get better results tomorrow.

About the Job

Do you want to be a part of one of the fastest growing Call Tracking companies?Infinity has lots of ambitious plans. We work to a simple three Ps approach Product, People and Performance and it is our people that really bring our business to life. Can you help us find and bring those people along with us on our journey?  In this role you will report directly into the CHRO and shape the talent acquisition agenda.

This is Infinity's first dedicated Talent role, so there is an almost green field site. Yes, we do have a applicant tracking system in place and a great people team but there is so much more that the right person can do to make Infinity the destination of choice and help build a truly diverse workforce. As well as building the plan you will need to coach and guide managers, own the talent accelerator programme and get your hands dirty to get things done.
