Profile of Role

In this role, you will own the homegrown product, third-party platforms and tools we use to solve current and future marketing, sales and contact centre needs. The ideal person in this role will have prior experience delivering some or all of the following solutions: SaaS, CCaaS, digital marketing software, MarTech platforms. You will drive the investigation, evaluation, integration, and facilitate user adoption of new product, features and services that meet or exceed the customer needs.

With experience and interest in cutting-edge technology, product development, and delivery for marketing, sales and contact centre teams, you will thrive in this Product Owner role. You also excel at gathering stakeholder requirements, identifying the root problem to be solved, and transforming these needs into user stories for the development team. You will hit the ground running in our fast-paced and growing business, where you'll need to effectively balance business requirements with strategic initiatives, provide leadership, and manage the execution and delivery of products for our customers.

As the Product Owner at Infinity, you will work closely with a variety of teams including marketing, training, sales, business intelligence, engineering, customer success, and customer support.

We have ambitious growth plans to develop new exciting MarTech and conversation Analytics products, so if you want to work in a product led growth environment, working on new greenfield products then this is the role for you. 


About You

  • You can clearly communicate your product vision, personas, canvas and sprint goals
  • You enjoy working closely with the engineering to answer questions and provide guidance when needed
  • You are comfortable with prioritising different stakeholder needs, according to business value
  • You can say “No” and have experience saying “no” in different ways.
  • You are adapt using different techniques to ensure that the backlog is consistently prioritised and refined in line with business priorities
  • You don’t shy away from technical feature discussions


Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in product management
  • Experience working in a SaaS company
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Critical thinking and a strong problem solver
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to define acceptance criteria for work, weigh competing stories, and prioritize a product backlog.
  • Expert cross-team communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using Jira or similar tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our tech development team to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities by leveraging technology.
  • Assess business value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work is focused on those with maximum value and are aligned with product/marketing strategy and larger business needs.
  • Plan, prioritise, and refine product feature backlog and development for the product.
  • Proactively communicate backlog status and ensure transparency between development team and stakeholders.
  • Participate in iterative planning, ensure requirements are well defined and refined, and make sure user stories are easily understood and actionable for the development team.
  • Lead the product release planning and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
  • Mitigate impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint goals.


Beneficial, but not essential (skills)

  • AWS experience
  • Experience working in a CCaaS company
  • Working for a Martech company
  • Scrum Certified
