Infinity is a call intelligence company that helps big brands understand exactly which of their marketing channels drive phone calls and more importantly sales.

We are a fast-growing SaaS business, launched in 2010 and now the established UK market leader with annual recurring revenues of £17m and growing at 40% year on year. With 20% of revenue in the US, Infinity is poised for full international expansion with coverage in 75 countries, including 500+customers and 120+ employees in Reigate, Manchester and London in the UK, Baltimore and San Francisco in the US.

Infinity secured £10m of Private Equity investment in 2016 to accelerate the growth of the business. In 2021 we acquired ResponseTap, a SaaS business in the UK who also specialised in call tracking and contact centre optimisation. The goal is to grow 5-fold in the next 3 years through organic growth and further acquisitions, new routes to market, international expansion and development of new services.

Our business works with a range of clients and partners across many verticals, and we are keen to grow on all fronts including both the Enterprise and mid markets, with a focus on creating, building and nurturing strong relationships with digital marketing agencies and other technology partners, such as Google and Facebook.


Profile of Role 

Infinity is looking for a passionate and experienced, strategic and highly creative individual to lead our social media marketing. Working to create best in class strategies, breakthrough creative content and leverage both established and emerging platforms. This role will direct all social media activities to engage new and existing customers to ultimately drive acquisition and retention of existing customers. Working collaboratively with brand, demand generation, sales, product, customer success and creative, this individual will build a community that will harness the users, technology and creative power of social media to build our brand.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

  • Results driven and ability to report on key marketing metrics to various stakeholders
  • Experience of working within Technology or SaaS businesses advantageous
  • At least 3 years’ social marketing experience in an integrated marketing role
  • Experience in HubSpot an advantage
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to analyse and discuss ROI
  • Exceptional editorial judgement
  • Knowledge of digital/online industry tools, key players and trends
  • Resourcefulness, team orientation, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit

Key Responsibilities

  • The candidate should be fluent in paid, owned, social and earned strategies,  and have specific experience with community management.
  • Own the development of a strategic social media marketing plan and associated budget across campaigns and channels.
  • Collaborate with agencies, publishers, platforms and other partners to find fast, creative and efficient ways to build, execute and measure innovative social media marketing plans that connect with customers, maximise engagement and create sharing, talk value and advocacy.
  • Create monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics
  • Lead the development and direct the implementation of a wide range of content forms, including video, text, still imagery, animation, live action and other content forms that best utilise the technology available on any given social media/digital platform.
  • Work collaboratively with the Infinity teams across departments to develop and execute creative ideas, plans and strategies.
  • Own the content development relationships with LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and other key partnerships.
  • Provide inspirational and creative thought leadership on ways to reach and gain attention of target audiences.
  • Plan and manage campaign execution, on time, on budget, within scope.
  • Work closely with the Head of brand and demand generation team to integrate and measure the value and impact of our social media marketing opportunities.
  • Establish repeatable operational methodologies and mechanisms that enable efficient, fast and responsive content development and distribution.
  • Maintain a high-level understanding of trending topics and market activity.
  • Research what competitors are doing well, what works and what can we improve upon.
  • Create new guides, tutorials and best practice for using social media as trends and protocols change in the wider social media landscape.
  • Analyse data to identify areas of opportunity and implement an action plan for growth
  • Create monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics
