About the  job

We’re looking for a strong Salesforce Administrator to join us and take responsibility for driving the design, architecture, development, and administration of our CRM infrastructure (Salesforce) to help deliver our business objectives.

You will partner with internal stakeholders in the marketing, sales, customer success, operations and finance teams to build and maintain solutions in Salesforce that support business requirements and processes.

You will need to have proven experience with hands-on Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, record types, workflows, validation rules, security settings, reports, dashboards etc.) plus user support and stakeholder management.

You will be working directly with our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success,
Operations, Finance, Product, and Tech teams in the UK and across the world.

Key Responsibilities 

● Responsible for daily administration and configuration (e.g. creation of users, roles, and permission sets; and customization of objects, fields, record types, workflows, validation rules, email alerts, etc.,).
● Key contact in providing support to end users on CRM issues in collaboration with tech team
● Develop training materials and documentation for diverse user base
● Ensuring the integrity of our data with well thought out configuration
● Drive testing and validation of Salesforce configuration and development
● Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality, as well as research new
solutions to recommend improvements for a fast-growing business
● Translate business requirements into creative and effective technical designs, system
changes, enhancements, and new features, working in collaboration with our Product
and Tech teams
● Key input into how Salesforce plays a part in business processes
● Constantly monitor performance and scalability of existing Salesforce standard and
custom features, and refactor, simplify, enhance, and modernize them
● Maintain system integrations with various other business systems including Docusign, HubSpot and our internal systems

Knowledge and Skills 

● 3-5 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a desire to develop further
● Proven track record of using Salesforce to solve business problems and streamline
operations
● ADM201 certified
● Proven experience in delivering Salesforce solutions to achieve business objectives
The leading

● Experience creating and managing both basic and more
complex Salesforce admin functions: custom fields, workflows, data validation, page
layouts, campaigns
● An understanding and experience of Salesforce Lightning
● Possess a strong ability to manage your own time and prioritize tasks, with the ability to identify problems, their sources, and their potential solutions while continuing to
successfully conduct day-to-day operations without interruption
● Strategic and critical thinker who is dynamic, forward thinking, analytical and well
organized
● Able to identify with a wide range of users with a wide range of adoption and
technological skill sets
● Experience in reports and dashboards (static and dynamic)
● Experience working at a SaaS business a plus
● Knowledge on Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com, APIs, and experience
integrating and extending Salesforce with custom and third-party Apps is a plus
