About the  job

As a Corporate Account Executive, you will be selling Infinity’s Call Tracking and Conversational Analytics technology into various markets including but not limited to Automotive, Healthcare, Travel and Financial Services.

You will be focusing on generating and developing new business from our defined Mid-Market Target Addressable Market using inbound leads as well as your own intelligence and network to proactively build your pipeline.

About You 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and driven sales professional who enjoys the challenge of new business sales in a fast-moving, ever-evolving SaaS business.

Ultimately, you will become a fully competent sales professional able to manage all aspects of the sales cycle; from generating new opportunities through to closing sales.

  • Be firm and persistent when expressing views and provide thoughts and ideas to overcome problems once the situation has been properly debated.


Key Responsibilities

  • To continue the growth of our client database, ensuring you are adding target clients that meet our criteria
  • To craft creative email/video content to generate interest from potential clients
  • To develop a strong professional network of decision makers and thought leaders
  • To achieve activity levels of outbound calls to generate sales meetings
  • To be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders over the phone, via email and face to face where applicable
  • To become an expert in Call Tracking and Conversational Analytics best practice
  • To Track and update daily all sales opportunities, advances, and changes, including forecasts and budgets in Salesforce.
