Salary: Base up to £35 000 + Uncapped Commission
Location: Salford, Manchester
Job Type: Permanent
Hybrid, Tuesdays & Thursdays in office | 4.5 day work week, half-day Fridays

At Infinity, our Sales Development Team forms the heartbeat of the business. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, you’ll be joining a dynamic and collaborative team who are pivotal to the company’s growth and success.
The Sales Development Specialist role is perfect for positive, high-energy, confident individuals who are looking for great earning potential and career progression. You’ll be enrolled in our Infinity Training Academy – a structured program that provides ongoing learning and development, enabling you to take the next step into Account Executive or other areas.
Infinity SDR Development Plan
Our internally developed Training Academy is a dedicated program, designed to improve your skills and prepare you for a closing role in sales.
You’ll be coached on all the fundamentals of sales, as well as more advanced techniques such as Challenger, Sales EQ and MEDDIC.
Our onboarding program will teach you all about Infinity, target markets, and the Ideal Customer Profile. After this, you’ll receive extensive role-specific training, fully supported by both your manager and immediate team. You’ll learn how to effectively qualify and scope the potential value of new opportunities, as well as demo our solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound lead qualification
- Outbound lead and opportunity generation
- Lead and database management
- Close alignment with sales managers into key target verticals
