In 2021 we acquired ResponseTap, a SaaS business in the UK who also specialised in call tracking and contact centre optimisation. The goal is to grow 5-fold in the next 3 years through organic growth and further acquisitions, new routes to market, international expansion and development of new services.
Our business works with a range of clients and partners across many verticals, and we are keen to grow on all fronts including both the Enterprise and mid-market, with a focus on creating, building and nurturing strong relationships with digital marketing agencies and other technology partners, such as Google and Facebook.
The Role
Infinity is looking for an experienced Campaign Manager with a keen eye and enthusiasm for campaign activation and automation, who can make an immediate impact in our team. In this role, you will combine your current knowledge of email marketing skills and standard methodologies to support our prospect marketing programs, along with outbound marketing experience to manage the creation of prospecting email sequences to be used by the sales organization.
You will execute and scale email campaigns that connect to our prospects at different stages of the customer journey and drive engagement and most importantly conversion. This role is responsible for owning the HubSpot Marketing Automation platform, marketing dashboards in Salesforce, marketing campaign processes, campaign forecasting and analysis to continually optimise marketing campaign performance [lead gen, conversion rates, CAC and ROI].
Knowledge & Experience Requirements
- Results driven and ability to report on key marketing metrics to various stakeholders
- Experience of working within Technology or SaaS businesses advantageous
- At least 3 years’ marketing experience in an integrated marketing role
- Experience in HubSpot an essential
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to analyse and discuss ROI
- Exceptional editorial judgement and proofreading skills
- Knowledge of digital/online industry tools, key players and trends
- Resourcefulness, team orientation, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit
Key Responsibilities
● Responsible for lead gen forecasting, marketing planning processes, pipeline analysis, conversion metrics & optimising quarterly demand plans across the marketing and sales funnel to support commercial objectives.
● Develop and operationalize marketing strategy to include sales coverage models and market penetration to identify commercial opportunities.
● Project manage all marketing campaigns to ensure each activity is executed on time, every time.
● Be agile and address the ongoing demand for opportunistic and ad hoc marketing needs of the sales team in response to health of the pipeline
● Work with our creative team to design, build, test and refine our marketing led email campaigns and outbound sales campaigns, that combine to drive leads and MQL’s.
● Manage the email calendar and cadence to ensure the best CX is delivered to clients and prospects.
● Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
● Track, report and make recommendations on all activities, using data to continually optimise campaign performance (lead gen, conversion rates, CAC and ROI), focusing on our buyer personas.
● Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and campaigns for continuous learning and optimisation.
● Manage and champion our MarTech platforms: HubSpot CMS, HubSpot CRM and Marketing Automation tools
● Maintain data integrity/compliance regulation reports
● Manage importing new data in our CRM
● Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert leads into customers.
