About Us
Infinity is a market-leading conversation intelligence and call-tracking platform working with some of the world's most well-known brands. We turn every customer conversation and the journey behind it into action that drives growth, efficiently. With annual revenue of £18m+, we are entering an ambitious new phase: establishing growth through new products, deep vertical expertise, and an activation layer that moves our customers from insight to action. Strategic and technology partnerships are central to that plan. There's never been a better time to join Infinity.
About the job
This is a pivotal, newly-created role to lead Infinity's strategic and technology partner initiative. It is about building genuine, strategic partnerships with technology and product partners that solve real customer problems, extend our proposition, and embed Infinity deeper into the customer workflow. Partnerships are one of the core pillars of our growth strategy. They accelerate new-product revenue, underpin our Blueprint methodology, and drive the deep integration that makes Infinity the attribution and activation layer across the marketing-to-revenue journey. You will identify, build, and operationalise the partnerships that make this happen.
About You
You have worked in B2B SaaS technology and ideally in a MarTech environment developing strategic or technology partnerships. You understand how technology partnerships are built around customer workflows and integrations, and how to turn a partnership into a genuine, monetisable capability. You are commercially astute, customer-led, and comfortable operating across product, engineering, customer success and sales. You can articulate a value proposition to a partner's senior leadership and roll up your sleeves to operationalise the partnership. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role: you are a self-starter who can define strategy and then execute it personally, delivering through influence and close collaboration across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & technology partnerships
Own Infinity's strategic and technology partner initiative. Identify, build and operationalise genuine, strategic partnerships (e.g. voice AI, telephony, ads ecosystem and complementary MarTech platforms.
Define the partnership strategy, business model, and success criteria for each partnership; success is measured by customer workflows solved, tech integrations delivered and the revenue generated through them.
Lead in line with our vision strategy: orchestration and activation over insight, the ads ecosystem, voice AI, cross channel messaging, and the untapped value between the customer journey and the call (and vice versa)
Product partnerships & new revenue
Drive new-product revenue through product partnerships which we deploy into our stack and, including embedding Infinity's product into partners' propositions and monetising that route.
Support the product roadmap by prioritising integration opportunities over a rolling 3–6 month horizon.
Contribute to Infinity becoming a true multi-product company, partnerships that increase products per customer and support NRR.
Blueprint, integration & workflow embedding
Support the Blueprint strategy with partnerships that enable deep integration and embed Infinity into the customer's workflow and wider MarTech ecosystem (CRM, booking, bidding, MAP and other systems).
Support the verticalisation strategy with technology integrations that deepen Infinity's position in priority verticals
Position Infinity as the attribution and activation layer across voice agents making every partner's product more provably valuable.
Cross-functional execution
Work with Product & Engineering to scope and deliver integrations, and with Customer Success to sell partnerships into the existing customer base.
Build and maintain partner growth plans, relationships and joint go-to-market activity, from operational contacts to senior level executives.
Build a detailed understanding of Infinity's products and their place in the industry, and educate and raise brand awareness with new and existing partners.
Essential Skills:
5–8 years' experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances within a technology, MarTech or SaaS business.
Track record of building technology or product partnerships that created genuine commercial value including new revenue streams, expanded proposition, or deeper customer workflow integration
Strong understanding of how technology integrations create value, and the ability to work closely with Product & Engineering to scope and prioritise them.
Customer-led approach and able to identify partnerships from real customer workflows and problems, not desk research.
Experienced presenter and skilled negotiator, comfortable engaging partner stakeholders from operational level to senior leadership level.
Preferred experience in marketing attribution, tracking, conversation intelligence, voice AI, or the wider ads / MarTech ecosystem.
Commercially literate and familar with and motivated by carrying a quota. Able to shape the partnership business model and define what success looks like.
Active in industry, comfortable in an environment of constant learning and change
Experience of Salesforce and Salesloft or similar tooling
