About Infinity
Infinity is a call analytics platform. Infinity helps you turn customer conversations into measurable revenue growth by improving demand quality and conversion performance.
Since 2010, we've worked with leading brands across sectors including travel, healthcare, financial services, insurance and housebuilding, showing them which marketing drives valuable calls, what happens in those conversations and what to do next.
Our marketing team is organised around two growth motions: winning the right new customers and growing value with the customers we already have. We run on an AI-enabled operating model, so our people spend their time on ideas, judgement and getting things live rather than manual production.
The role
We're looking for an Integrated Campaign Manager to plan, launch and improve the campaigns that bring new customers to Infinity.
This is a hands-on generalist role. You'll take a commercial priority or an audience opportunity and turn it into a live campaign quickly: the audience and offer, the plan, the content, the build in HubSpot, the channels, the follow-up with our SDRs and the measurement afterwards.
You'll write and produce much of the campaign content yourself, adapting existing comms from a well-stocked library, and using AI tools inside a governed workflow to draft, review and edit net-new – all supported by our in-house creative team. That means briefing, prompting, proofing and editing to a high standard, and treating AI output as a draft until a person has checked it.
What you'll do
Plan and launch campaigns
• Turn marketing and revenue priorities, agreed with the VP Marketing and Demand Generation, into campaigns with clear objectives, audiences, offers, journeys and channel plans.
• Keep a prioritised campaign calendar aligned to our target markets, ideal customer profile, sectors and use cases.
• Take campaigns from brief to launch at pace across email and nurture, paid and organic social, website and landing pages, webinars, events and retargeting.
• Run our flagship papers and reports as campaigns, so each one reaches the right audiences through the right channels.
• Support account-based and intent-led programmes with campaign activity, content and journeys.
• Build campaign assets in HubSpot yourself, including lists, forms, emails, landing pages and nurture workflows, and work with Marketing Operations on scoring, routing and tracking.
• Brief and coordinate Creative and specialist agencies, and keep work moving across teams.
Make the content campaigns need
• Write and produce campaign content, including emails, landing pages, ads, social posts, nurture sequences and webinar materials.
• Turn flagship papers, customer stories and product insight into campaign assets for each audience and channel.
• Use our approved AI tools and brand systems to research, draft, repurpose and personalise at pace.
• Proof and edit everything AI helps create, so every asset is accurate, useful and true to Infinity's brand and messaging.
Equip SDRs, Sales and partners
• Give SDRs and Sales the campaign context, target lists, plays and talking points they need to follow up well.
• Make sure every campaign has its sales and partner assets ready at launch.
• Use feedback from Sales and SDRs to sharpen targeting, offers and content.
Measure and improve
• Set success measures before launch, and watch performance while campaigns are live.
• Use HubSpot, Salesforce and analytics data to track engagement, hand-raisers, conversion and pipeline contribution.
• Test messages, offers, audiences and journeys, and recommend where to do more, change course or stop.
• Write short retrospectives and share what works, so it becomes team know-how.
What you'll bring
• Four or more years in B2B campaign, demand generation or integrated marketing, ideally in SaaS or technology.
• A track record of taking integrated campaigns across several channels from idea to launch to measurable results.
• Strong writing and editing skills. You'll produce much of your own campaign content.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience: emails, lists, segmentation, forms, landing pages and workflows.
• Confident, everyday use of generative AI tools, with a clear sense of where human review matters.
• Comfort with funnel and campaign data. Experience with Salesforce and Google Analytics helps.
• Pace and organisation: you can run several campaigns, stakeholders and deadlines at once.
• Commercial instinct: you prioritise by expected impact, not volume of output.
• A self-starter who brings ideas and tests to the table rather than waiting for a brief.
What success looks like
IN YOUR FIRST THREE MONTHS
• You know our audiences, sectors and proposition, and campaigns are going live from the calendar.
• Campaigns move from brief to launch faster, with fewer hand-off delays.
• Nurture journeys are live and being improved.
BY THE END OF YOUR FIRST YEAR
• There's a steady rhythm of integrated campaigns, each launched with clear measures and closed with a retrospective.
• Campaign leads convert better, with a visible contribution to hand-raisers, qualified demand and pipeline.
• Every flagship paper runs as a full campaign, with sales and partner assets ready at launch.
• Sales and SDRs know what each campaign is and how to follow up.
