Profile of Role

We are looking for an experienced  Product Marketing Manager to lead the Product Marketing strategy. The role will involve working closely with Marketing, Product and Technology, Sales and Customer Experience functional leaders to help drive growth and product awareness through focused go-to-market planning, messaging and ongoing experimentation. We see this role as a blend of B2B marketing, product management and performance marketing. The Product Marketing Manager will lead the effort on ensuring clear, differentiated product positioning, identifying and linking product features to upsell/upgrade opportunities and supporting continuous feedback among Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience teams.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 

  • 7+ years of product / brand marketing or product management experience with SaaS products/start-ups
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Science or related field
  • Proven history in creating effective B2B marketing campaigns
  • Real hands-on numbers analysis experience, new product development, forecasting
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management and engagement
  • Knowledge of Jira, Hubspot and Salesforce (desired)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
  • A fast learner with a good sense of judgement and original thinking
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the market and refine processes

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define go-to-market strategy and product offer in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Define and communicate value propositions and competitive positioning to support offer management and sales enablement
  • Drive awareness and usage of the Infinity products and services
  • Develop and deliver content marketing in collaboration with Product and Marketing teams (website, blog, social media)
  • Plan, oversee and test product/feature launch activities in line with corporate objectives and KPIs
  • Evaluate growth opportunities based on industry trends and customer data
  • Obtain insights into how customers use our products and services, customer personas and their challenges, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data
  • Leverage customer insights and market intelligence to inform product roadmap priorities and pricing decisions
  • Research and conduct competitor analysis
